Prashanth Rajendran

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Prashanth directly oversees ComplianceQuest’s sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, IT, legal and overall company strategy and direction. He comes to the company with more than twenty-five years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality.

Prashanth has repeatedly produced sustained revenue and EBITDA growth in dynamic and changing markets. He has extensive experience with process automation, which requires a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple industries. He’s highly successful in building relationships, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments.

His background includes being President and CEO of Lattice Social, a cutting-edge software company for incorporating social media into business-to-business collaboration, more than twenty years as co-founder and COO of Pilgrim Software, a Quality Management System software company. He grew the organization from inception to goal of successfully selling the company. Prior to this, he held a variety of positions in Manufacturing Engineering. Prashanth currently serves on several boards fostering entrepreneurship in the Tampa Bay area. He’s active philanthropically in his community, dealing with the needs of orphaned and disadvantaged children and building shelters, toilets and schools in poorly developed countries.

Prashanth has an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Originally from Chennai India, he currently resides in Tampa with his wife, daughter and twins. He enjoys traveling, playing tennis, gardening and experimenting with cooking recipes from India.

Shalini Chowdhary

VP Marketing and Strategic Alliances

Shalini has a strong marketing and strategy background that spans many industries. She runs the marketing department for ComplianceQuest including market research, branding, messaging, lead generation, budgeting, event management, market strategy, finding the right partners to work with, digital marketing and keeping up with the competition. She is also responsible for strategic relationships with technology partners and large channel partners.

Shalini is experienced in commercial transformation as well as running corporate strategy at companies in the chemical, AutoID, consumer and F&B industries. She started her career at Frost & Sullivan as a research analyst where she honed her market research and business skills, rising quickly to become one of the highest charging consultant. She lead global research groups and even created a new line of market research products for the company. She then moved to a specialty chemical company, Chemtura, to be part of the commercial transformation team. While at Chemtura she created and implemented strategies such as SKU rationalization, foot print optimization, M&A projects, key account management etc. She then moved to Cott Beverages where she masterminded the first 3-year strategic plan for the company. She is passionate about design, market strategy, and creating synergistic partnerships.

Shalini is originally from Patna in India although she has lived in Zambia for some very exciting years. She loves design and color and believes that art and engineering are two sides of the same coin. Shalini lives with her husband and 2 kids in Florida. She is active in the study and teaching of spirituality and hopes run a school some day.

Amit Jangada

VP Professional Services

As VP, Professional Services, Amit Jangada leads ComplianceQuests Solutions' worldwide Professional Services Group that is responsible for the successful implementation of CQ's quality and compliance business solutions deployed by its customers. As a member of the leadership team, he also develops CQ's market-driven service offerings to drive long-term customer success and business value realization.

Amit has over 12 years of experience in the software industry with extensive manufacturing and healthcare project portfolios as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects. Amit started his career at Pilgrim Software as a consultant, rising quickly become a Project Manager where he has led successful large change initiatives, program and project portfolios, and large-scale strategic planning processes. At ComplianceQuest, Amit shifts seamlessly between big-picture strategy and the smallest details of project execution to help CQ customers connect the dots throughout their implementation. Amit has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful completion of complex projects. At CQ, Amit approaches all projects with a strong strategic focus and an emphasis on team building while always maintaining a clear path towards achieving project goals.

Amit has an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology in India. He also has the following certifications:

Tim Brown

VP Products - PLM, SRM

As VP of Products - PLM, SRM at ComplianceQuest, Tim oversees the product development activities for Product Innovation and is responsible for customer experience as they establish their PLM data. Tim has over 25 years of medical device, manufacturing industry and software implementation experience.

After the military Tim began a career in Medical Device Quality Systems. Through roles as a mechanical drafting and quality systems ownership, manufacturing engineering and facility leadership responsibilities he brings forward an appreciative perspective to current state and insight to the future performance. Tim has experienced how visibility and coordinated data in the organization has positive and direct impacts in his regulatory audits. Through facilitating device recalls and overseeing implant return investigations he has an appreciation for managing risks and the importance of design history. While at Cantel Medical he headed the organization’s mission of product lifecycle and design digital transformations processes though the visibility of their design data.

He is an accomplished computer systems and PLM implementor. He drives for continuous improvement in accelerating businesses to reduce risk and transforming their data into usable information. His system experience includes CRM, Labeling, CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP and QMS systems on various platforms. As a visual learner, he can aways find time in front of a whiteboard or application process mapping out a business process.

Tim has a passion for the correlation between IT, Design and Quality Systems. Utilizing data relationships, process commonalities and a lifecycle philosophy Tim believes that the quality system can be leveraged by other areas of a regulated business rather than creating silos of process and data.

Tim lives in Minnesota with his wife and 3 boys, one married, one in college and one still at home. Tim loves being outdoors with his dog, working out and teaching kids. When he is not hunting, he is the head coach for the Blaine High School Shooting sports.

Nikki Willett

CSO/VP Industry Solutions

As CSO/VP of Industry Solutions at ComplianceQuest, Nikki Willett oversees industry, product, and go-to-marketing strategies for the company; leads the processes for operational risk and compliance; and is responsible for increasing awareness of modern cloud EQMS and the benefits of the Salesforce as a platform, such as ComplianceQuest’s solution.

She has over three decades of life sciences and manufacturing industry experience in business process and software technology and more than 20 years in quality and regulatory compliance. Nikki focuses on advancing businesses through the constant evaluation of technology trends and forward-looking thinking to help organizations progress and succeed through the use of automation. A pioneer of the paper to digital world (SGML), she has participated in industry and regulatory committees for the creation of digital standards for DoD MIL-STD-2361 for Digital Publications, FDA’s initial electronic publishing for NDAs, FAA / ATA flight operations and maintenance, NAVSEA, DoD SEI, NERC, MESA’s Quality and Regulatory Compliance – Strategic Initiative Guidebook, FDA’ eMDR and works repeatedly with industry on other leading Quality initiatives. Seeing a growing trend in proliferating knowledge through Social Media, Nikki founded LinkedIn’s Quality & Regulatory Network Group in 2008 now having more than 116,000 professional members worldwide. Nikki is an educator and author concerning quality, safety, risk and compliance and works closely with senior leadership advising them on organization and business process strategy, technology and industry best practices.

Kim Engler

VP Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management

As VP of Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management, Kim directly oversees ComplianceQuest’s Quality Assurance, Computer System Validation, and Knowledge Management for CQ Products and deliverables. Kim comes to the company with more than twenty years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality.

Prior to joining CQ, Kim worked for Pilgrim Software, Inc. in various management roles over 15 years as well as Oracle as a Program Manager for Security Services assisting Customers in Lifesciences with Validation Services. Kim has worked with over 200 clients directly and indirectly assisting with on-premise and cloud-based client implementations involving enterprise quality management software for companies regulated by the various Lifesciences, automotive, aerospace and defense, high-tech, and general manufacturing standards.

Kim has held various roles in Training, Instructional Design, Consulting, Business Systems Analysis, Product Management, Computer Systems Validation, Knowledge Management, Quality Systems Management, Project Management, software usability, and management of Technical Communications for various companies specializing in enterprise quality management software systems for the regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Kim has an BA in Technical Writing from the University of South Florida.

Originally from Western New York, Kim currently resides in Saint Petersburg, FL. She enjoys traveling, spin cycling, and teaching music for local charities.

Narender Dureja

Country Manager, India

As Country Manager, Narender directly oversees ComplianceQuest’s India operations. He comes to the company with more than twenty-seven years’ experience in Strategy, Consulting, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Mentoring/co-founding technology start-ups, Practice Setup, Product Management, Offshore Development Centre Setup & Operations Excellence. Extensive strengths in managing P&L, Business unit optimization, Revenues and Profit growth.

Narender is a dynamic and result oriented thought leader for generating new business avenues for the organizations leading to newer Offerings, Customers and Geographies. Part of Value Creation Council to generate ideas and create value around Service Improvement, Revenue Generation & Cost Reduction for customers. He has worked with multiple start-ups, mid-size and large sized companies and has served customers across multiple geographies. He has performed in the capacity of COO, Delivery Head, SEPG Head, Advisor etc. with his previous organizations.

Software experience covers Product development, Solutions and Services around Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Management, Direct Marketing, IoT, Big Data, ERP and Business Analytics.

Eric Wessbecker

Chief Revenue Officer

Eric is an accomplished leader and strategic thinker who strives to be a part of companies looking to rapidly grow. He brings decades of experience in commercial leadership, business development and go-to-market strategies for software technology companies including BEA Systems, Oracle, Infor, Rogue Wave Software and Veriforce. Eric gained expertise fueling global growth, competitive advantage, and transformative change for diverse industries.

He has extensive background and track record of delivering high performance organizations ranging from startups to fortune 100 companies. His past engagements have led to quantifiable successes. Eric has consistently positively impacted growth and margin while leading sales teams globally with single and multi-product offerings through both direct and channels. His strengths in sales focus, deal qualification, scale, talent evaluation and emphasis on the overall process have continually exceeded corporate objectives.

Eric has consistently turned around underperforming sales teams and driven multi-million dollar increases in revenues. This has helped ensure new, repeat and referral business year over year.

Eric’s consultative approach and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally makes a lasting impact on the company and customers alike.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.

Eric is a Colorado native and is currently living in Castle Rock, CO with his wife. They have 3 boys, and his life has revolved around them and their sports and activities. Eric was extremely involved as a dad and also coached them all at one point or another and he reflects on those days as some of his most enjoyable and proud. Eric considers his sons by far, his best accomplishments.

Eric interests are supporting his Colorado professional sports teams, reading and being on the water; either boating, waterskiing or vacationing to the ocean.

Peter Alouche

VP Products

As VP of Products at ComplianceQuest, Peter leads an all-star team of Product Managers to help achieve the company’s vision of delivering an AI-first Middle Office Platform to global markets, accelerating how organizations of all sizes bring quality products and services to market in a safe and sustainable way. His role encompasses product vision and strategy, roadmap execution, and close collaboration with customers, professional service providers, development teams, and software quality assurance professionals to deliver impactful features and enhancements with every release.

Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, Peter worked in various product management roles at Veeva Systems with a focus on Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation software for life sciences as well as Quality Management System software for various regulated industries. He also builds quality and supplier management solutions in both strategy and product management capacities at Intelex Technologies. A seasoned quality professional and licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Ontario, Peter brings over 24 years of cross-industry experience. His background spans nuclear power generation, electrical transmission, local utility distribution, injection molding, industrial inkjet system manufacturing, and the development of cloud-based EQMS and CQV Validation Management System software on the Salesforce, Veeva Vault, and Intelex Technology platforms.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in both new product development and quality management. His expertise includes cloud software product management, strategy, database development, implementing nonconformance processes, leading Six Sigma Green Belt projects, and participating in root cause analysis investigations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Peter now lives in the sunshine state of Florida with his wife. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he once competed semi-professionally in beach volleyball 2s with aspirations of joining Team Canada’s Olympic squad. Today, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, ping pong, barbecuing, cooking, watching movies, cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs, Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and catching SpaceX rocket launches from Cape Canaveral whenever possible.

Joseph A. DeFeo

Chief Quality and Advocacy Officer

Dr. Joseph A. DeFeo is the Chief Quality and Advocacy Officer at ComplianceQuest. In this role, he partners with the leadership team to shape and execute the organization’s dual mission of quality excellence and market advocacy leadership. Joe is responsible for advancing ComplianceQuest’s public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and policy influence efforts while ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed global quality standards. He also serves as a spokesperson and executive advocate, building long-term relationships with customers, investors, and industry forums.

Joe brings decades of experience as an internationally recognized leader in quality and operational excellence. His career began at the Juran Institute, where he learned directly from Dr. Joseph M. Juran, a pioneer in quality management. Rising from consultant to CEO and Chairman at the Juran Institute, Joe led global transformation initiatives across aerospace, defense, pharma, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. He has advised Fortune 500 executives on operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement, consistently delivering measurable results, including billion-dollar savings and dramatic improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

A frequent speaker and author on quality leadership, Joe has influenced thousands of leaders worldwide, helping organizations embed quality as a strategic advantage. He continues to contribute to industry thought leadership, policy discussions, and executive education.

Joe is a member of the Internatinal Academy for Quality. The IAQ is non-profit, non-governmental organization of individuals who have been elected by their peers from among the most respected, active and experienced protagonists of quality.

Outside of his professional life, Joe enjoys mentoring the next generation of leaders, sharing insights on quality and operational excellence, and engaging in personal woodworking hobbies that reflect his lifelong commitment to learning and growth.
