    • Job Description

      • Salesforce Admin/ developer should be able to administer Salesforce Salescloud and other Managed packages on Salesforce, also be able to code using SF tools and modify the rules, etc.
      • Develop reports, dashboards to support management.
      • Develop new enhancements to the custom applications built on salesforce platform per business requests.
      • Evaluate, plan, and execute all open work requests in the backlog with management and release components into production.
      • Establish and work in a sandbox, testing and production model to ensure changes are made in a controlled manner.

      • Proficient skills using Salesforce Application Development, Salesforce Reporting, and Analytics.
      • Upgrade the knowledge with each release and follow best industry practices and standards while providing the IT solution.
      • Identify and recommend technical and operational improvements resulting in improved reliability and/or efficiencies in maintain and/or developing the application.
      • Handle all administrative Duties including the Deployments, release, security, and maintenance of salesforce standard recommendations.

      Requirements/Qualifications:

      • 3 to 5 years’ experience with Salesforce Admin and Development.
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related to technical field.
      • Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields.
      • Excellent Communication, organizational and time management skills.
      • Experience in working with sales, service, and community clouds.

      Requirements/ Qualifications:

      • Experience: 9+yrs
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
      • 3+ years of experience in a software environment.
      • 2+ years’ experience with the Salesforce platform with one or more Salesforce certifications.
      • Development experience in one or more programming languages including Java, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, C#, Apex, etc.
      • Ability to prepare data models and evaluate architecture.
      • Experience evaluating and recommending technology stacks to solve different business problems.
      • Troubleshooting technical issues that arise (triggers, code, server, 3rd party libraries, etc.).
      • Assist with POC initiatives and protypes to evaluate emerging technologies and integrations with other software.
      • Experience preparing business requirements design documentation that developers and QC can use to translate business requirements into working software.
      • Ability to use JIRA or similar tools to create and manage epics, user stories, defects, and production issues.
      • Ability to create user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, and in vision.

    • Job Description

      • Undergraduate in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering.
      • 3 to 10 years of experience of working in Quality, Operations and/or Regulatory departments.
      • Familiar with QMS or EHS concepts, Knowledge of Salesforce desired.
      • Excellent Communicator, Ability to conduct design sessions and provide training.
      • Exposure or knowledge of working with Salesforce is plus.

      Role and Responsibility

      • Provide consulting services to assigned projects as required, including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, customization requirements, product validation and custom report analysis.
      • Provide Product training to customers as required on the modules that the Sr. Consultant is certified in.
      • Continue to improve knowledge of CQ’s solution, quality standards, industry, and technology to better serve the internal and external customers.
      • Proactively improve one’s productivity and quality.
      • Participate in refresher training classes to renew certification and new training classes for new products, quality standards, industry, and technology.
      • Provide product and industry training to company employees as assigned.
      • Timely and quality delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project’s.
      • schedule and timeline under the direction of the project manager.
      • Escalate any issues that cannot be immediately resolved to the project manager in charge of the team.
      • Ensure that appropriate reports are written for all the appropriate deliverables.

      Required Skills/Experience

      • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.
      • At least 8+ years of overall experience.
      • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
      • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
      • Experience of handling software projects in Salesforce technologies is a must.
      • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
      • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
      • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
      • Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
