CRM / Salesforce Administrator

Job Title: CRM / Salesforce Administrator

CQ is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and the configuration of our Salesforce instance and all integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.

We’re looking for a high energy, passionate individual with experience in enterprise product management preferably with EQMS software. In this role, you will be responsible for building cloud Quality Management System (EQMS) software solutions. You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who are bringing the next generation QHSE software products to market that are built on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product evangelist. Become the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Be hands-on. Design, Prototype, Configure – validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, AS9100D:2016). Medical Device QMS experience preferred (ISO 13485:2016, QSR).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with software product management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SCRUM. CSPO or CSM certification required from Scrum Alliance.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Engineers, QC, and Product Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience preparing business requirements design documentation that developers and QC can use to translate business requirements into working software.
  • Ability to use JIRA or similar tools to create and manage epics, user stories, defects, and production issues.
  • Experience creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Invision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post graduate diploma/degree in Quality Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science.

Job Description:

  • Develop documentation standards and guidelines that will be used by Technical Writers to produce content that is consistent, clear, and user-friendly.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Technical Writers.
  • Introduce and manage the tools used by the Technical Writing team so that they can produce clear and user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience.

  • Plan and manages documentation projects for timely delivery of documents, publications, and online content.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documentation written by Technical Writers and coach Technical Writers and non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills. Approve all product documentation developed and released with the CQ baseline products.
  • Closely with other writers, product managers, professional services, support, developers, and the User Experience team to produce interactive training material.

  • Specialize in technical writing for software used in the quality management, manufacturing, health & safety domain in industries that are highly regulated such as Life Sciences.
  • Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise, and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
  • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, or Information Technology or similar IT background or equivalent.

Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Writing roles.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience.
