A leading global pharmaceutical company, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, faced a major challenge: an overwhelming number of complaints. Concerned, the company's founder engaged the Director of Quality Management to address this issue.
In response, the Quality Director swiftly initiated and executed a plan to digitally transform their complaint-handling process. This was crucial because the volume of complaints was also hampering regulatory approvals.
