The medical devices industry is highly regulated and a quality management system is a must have to navigate its complexities. However, implementing one goes beyond ordering and installation. Each company is unique and needs a system that best suits their needs based on cost, skills, maturity level, and size of operations. This is key to establishing a quality- driven culture.
