I was part of the team responsible for assessing EQMS systems and bringing ComplianceQuest into the company. You hear about other EQMS platforms, but none of them truly cater to what the customer needs. We went live with ComplianceQuest in December of 2024. We did extensive work to create new procedures and map processes to ensure the system caters to exactly what we need. It’s human nature to be resistant to change, but people really have turned the corner because they see the value and benefits of using ComplianceQuest. It’s very rewarding to see it all come to fruition and to hear people say, “You guys made the right call.”

The system is also improving accountability—everything is right there on the dashboards. So we’re holding ourselves to a high standard. When you have a tool like ComplianceQuest, it makes things that much easier.

Now we have the vision to consider where we’re going next and how we can improve on what we have. The opportunities are endless, and that’s what makes it most exciting to be with ComplianceQuest. I see the company as a disruptor in the EQMS landscape. This is not your traditional EQMS—they are changing the game by simplifying work and reducing or eliminating inefficiencies. And everyone is truly receptive, and it’s genuine—you can hear it from the top down.
