Our company is in the early stages of deploying ComplianceQuest, starting with document control. We have several companies in the US and Canada, and three of them will be rolling out the ComplianceQuest EQMS, Salesforce as their CRM, and the Rootstock ERP.

We were on a predominantly paper-based system, using shared network drives and Microsoft Excel. We’re really excited about the power of the platform and the ability to have all employees working with one user interface.

I attended the ConQuest conference for the first time, and everyone was extremely open and engaging. In the conference kickoff presentation we immediately saw a new use case for our company.

Unlike other conferences, it’s not just prepared presentations. ComplianceQuest wants to spend time with customers. I also talked with other customers about the challenges of scaling up with more employees, and they shared how ComplianceQuest and Salesforce have helped them overcome that.

What I’ve noticed as I’m using ComplianceQuest is that it’s not just another app built on Salesforce. Every time we bring a new user onto the platform, they say the same thing: “The workflows are well thought-out.” The system carries you to the next best action, which is where you need to go.

I think that comes from the ComplianceQuest leadership team. These are people who understand multi-management systems, not just writing code. They gave us guidance on where we needed to start, using document control as the anchor point. We’re glad we took their advice, because it helped us tremendously.
