Our site implemented ComplianceQuest in 2024. We transitioned from a paper-based system to online. The new platform has transformed how we work by giving us better accessibility to review things quickly, the organization of our documents, and making our quality processes consistent.

I’d never used an online quality management system before, and I’ve found it’s really helped me a lot in my role. I can use metrics to identify root causes and set specific timelines for change management. All the information we need is just there. It also helps us get out notifications and reduces the number of emails we need to send.

If you’re new to technology, like I am, it helps to use all the resources and information in the system. With all the new upgrades coming, especially the AI features, there’s so much to look forward to. As ComplianceQuest adds AI to the system, it will help us with investigations and improve our ability to compare metrics. There’s a lot coming, and it’s just going to make things even easier.

It’s great to be part of the ComplianceQuest user community and meet others at the ConQuest conference, especially those who are just getting their implementation off the ground. It’s been awesome to network, hear about others’ experiences, and learn how we can support each other.
