When we published our Year in Review blog last year, we started the post with the “word of the year”. According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, it was Pandemic in 2020.

What do you think is the word of the year for 2021? Merriam-Webster Dictionary thinks it is: Vaccine.

In fact, the word ‘Vax’ – short of vaccine – was chosen as word of the year by the Oxford dictionary as well. Anyway, don’t worry, this is not a post about words or etymology.

In this post, we reflect and look back at 2021 and share a few highlights from our journey at ComplianceQuest.

​​First and foremost, we celebrate this year of service to our customers, who gave us the opportunity to support their corporate quality and safety goals. Our customers are truly the lifeblood of ComplianceQuest, and we strive each day to exceed customer expectations and maintain their trust by providing best-in-class solutions.

#1 – It was a year of rapid growth

This year has been a year of aggressive growth and change at CQ. We are rapidly growing our team to support our customers’ regulatory, quality, compliance, and safety needs and making powerful product enhancements to support those needs.

With the launch of our Summer ’21 release, we have made enhancements that enable our customers to conduct deeper investigations, enhance collaboration among teams and departments, and to improve visibility and data intelligence of quality and safety trends for all management levels.

The importance of our Salesforce infrastructure and partnership cannot be overstated. It is a true market differentiator, that has increased customers’ confidence in our ability to scale to meet their unique needs and challenges with speed and agility – as they respond to complex business challenges.

#2 – We Retained 99% of our customers

As part of our continued commitment to customer success and satisfaction, CQ has invested heavily in having a dedicated team focused on being customer advocates and champions. Over the last year, our customer success team has grown aggressively, and their key job is to ensure that all our customers’ voices are heard consistently through pre-planned business review sessions.

ComplianceQuest’s leadership team takes feedback seriously and we continue to build our business with the customer’s voice leading our strategies. We have enjoyed a head-turning 99% customer retention, which is a testament to our continued focus on customer satisfaction. We expect even greater things from our Customer Success team in 2022, working under the mantra that your success is our success.

#3 – We were ranked as the number 1 technology company in the Tampa Bay area according to Inc.

Because of our customers’ trust in ComplianceQuest, we have seen a 100% growth in revenue during the past year and we expect to continue our rapid growth into 2022 and beyond.

In 2021, ComplianceQuest was ranked number 19 in the Inc. 5000 Regionals list of Fastest Growing Companies in Florida. We were also named the number 1 as the fastest-growing technology company in the Tampa Bay area.

#4 – We got awarded the “High Performer” Badge on G2

ComplianceQuest also earned a High Performer Badge on G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace where businesses can discover, review, and manage the technology they need to reach their potential.

In being good corporate citizens, we recognize that our job is not about selling software but rather providing solutions. As part of that effort, we are keenly focused on educating our customer and prospect base. In 2021, CQ hosted more than 70 webinars to help educate quality and safety leaders on a variety of topics.

#5 – We offered relevant training solutions for CQ admins and users

At CQ, we also recognize that knowledge of ComplianceQuest’s solutions is essential to your success. We launched an entire training department in mid-2021 that is feverishly working to bring new content, approaches to learning, and working to help our customers derive maximum value from the CQ platform.

Currently, our knowledge portal has more than 75 online training courses for CQ admins and over 200 self-train courses for CQ standard-user training.

As we wrap up this post, here’s a big shout-out to all our customers, investors, partners, and Team CQ – for having worked hard with resilience, grit, integrity, and passion in spite of COVID-19.
