ComplianceQuest Acquisition Of LifeGuard Solutions Creates QSHE Solution Built On The Salesforce Platform

On May 4th, ComplianceQuest, a Tampa-headquartered SaaS Enterprise Quality Management Software (EQMS) platform provider built on Salesforce, announced its acquisition of LifeGuard Solutions, a Salesforce native EHS solution provider. This acquisition comes on the heels of a successful $36 million Series A funding round led by Insight Partners in September of last year. This acquisition launches ComplianceQuest into a strong position among QHSE vendors, complementing its core quality management offering with a comprehensive EHS solution.

There is a growing shift towards thinking of quality management as an overall piece of the EHS puzzle. In fact, 66% of the 403 respondents of Verdantix’s 2019 global survey of EHS decision-makers plan to use software for quality across multiples sites. This acquisition will help ComplianceQuest customers integrate its EHS and EQMS data and workflows into a single database architecture, a critical piece for both quality and safety-driven firms. The addition of LifeGuard Solutions into the ComplianceQuest offering will support entry into new target markets like construction, agriculture, chemical, retail and utilities.
