The solution will continue to track who has viewed, read and signed-off and who is left allowing Training Coordinators to take the relevant action to complete the training in a timely manner.
Revision history is automatically maintained for each document, and review periods or obsolescence rules can be set for all documents to ensure that the documents are being reviewed timely and in compliance with internal policies. All review actions including the decisions made on the status of the document are fully tracked.
