Peter was President of Think Systems, an Insight portfolio company focused on supply chain management, which was acquired by i2 Technologies;

Jonathan Rosenbaum

Vice President

Jon (also known by friends and co-workers as “Rosie”) joined Insight in 2014. He focuses on vertical and horizontal application software and is responsible for executing transactions and assisting in portfolio management post-close. He has also specialized in helping portfolio companies source and execute M&A.

As Head of Products – EHS, Eric is responsible for the growth and success of the Environment, Health & Safety business, with a strong emphasis on driving customer success across the user journey.

Eric comes to ComplianceQuest with over 15 years of leadership experience at QHSE vendors such as Dyadem (now Sphera), Intelex and Veeva in the areas of Professional Services, Product Management and Strategy. Most recently, he served as Head of Product at IQS – a Cority subsidiary. Eric is a Certified Scrum Product owner (CSPO), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and holds diplomas in Risk Management and Environmental Management from universities in the UK and Canada.

Eric lives in in the Historic Distillery District in Toronto, Canada with his wife Saira, a hospitality executive and son Alexander. In addition to advising technology start-ups, he counts golf and horology among his various passions.

As Head of Products - EQMS, Peter is responsible for leading, developing, and recruiting an all-star team of Product Managers to help ComplianceQuest achieve its vision of delivering world-class EQMS cloud software to global markets that helps accelerate how customers of all sizes deliver quality product and services in a safe and sustainable way. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap planning and delivery, customer collaboration, and partnering with development and QA professionals as we execute to deliver critical features and enhancements in every general release.

Prior to joining CQ, Peter was the Senior Product Manager of the QualityOne product at Veeva Systems and was the Global Practice Leader for Quality and Supplier Management solutions at INTELEX Technologies Inc. As a quality professional and licensed professional engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, Peter has over 17 years of experience working in a variety of industries, ranging from nuclear power generation, electrical transmission, and local utility distribution sectors to manufacturing of industrial inkjet systems and developing cloud EQMS software. Peter has over 10 years of experience in new product development and over 10 years in Quality Management implementing nonconformance processes, leading Six Sigma Green Belt projects, and participating in root cause analysis investigations.

- MBA specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
Peter was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He currently resides in Ajax with his wife. Peter loves sports and used to play beach volleyball 2s semi-professionally with aspirations to join team Canada’s Olympic squad. Now he loves to play golf, shoot some hoops, play ping pong, watch movies, watch the Toronto Maple Leafs, and observe SpaceX rocket launches at Cape Canaveral every chance he gets!

As head of Quality Control, Prashan is responsible for delivering quality product from CQ development center (ComplianceQuest – Asia). He is also responsible for CQ’s Release Management. He has more than 11 years of experience in Software Quality industry in various domains like Telecom, Healthcare and Hi-Tech.

He started his career in India at Tata Consultancy Services working in HP-OLTP project. He then moved to Amdocs, India to work in AT&T application built on HP-OLTP. He has gained experience in US HealthCare domain during his association with Verisk Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Nepal (Currently known as Cotiviti).

Prashan holds Executive MBA (Entrepreneurship) degree from Kathmandu University School of Management and Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
He lives in Kathmandu, Nepal with his wife and a daughter. He enjoys swimming and gardening.

As VP of Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management, Kim directly oversees ComplianceQuest’s Quality Assurance, Computer System Validation, and Knowledge Management for CQ Products and deliverables. Kim comes to the company with more than twenty years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality.

Prior to joining CQ, Kim worked for Pilgrim Software, Inc. in various management roles over 15 years as well as Oracle as a Program Manager for Security Services assisting Customers in Lifesciences with Validation Services. Kim has worked with over 200 clients directly and indirectly assisting with on-premise and cloud-based client implementations involving enterprise quality management software for companies regulated by the various Lifesciences, automotive, aerospace and defense, high-tech, and general manufacturing standards.

Kim has held various roles in Training, Instructional Design, Consulting, Business Systems Analysis, Product Management, Computer Systems Validation, Knowledge Management, Quality Systems Management, Project Management, software usability, and management of Technical Communications for various companies specializing in enterprise quality management software systems for the regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Kim has an BA in Technical Writing from the University of South Florida.
Originally from Western New York, Kim currently resides in Saint Petersburg, FL. She enjoys traveling, spin cycling, and teaching music for local charities.

Samir has 20 years of working experience in IT industry. He started his career as a software developer. Over the course of his career, Samir has worked in different types of product development like Human Resource Management System, Remittance System, Medical Representative Management System and now cutting-edge Enterprise Quality management System.

Samir has rich experience working as a consultant for different organizations like:

  • United Nations Development Programme – Nepal
  • UNESCO- Nepal
  • Nepal Human Rights Commission
  • Many other “A” class Banks of Nepal
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, from BIET, Karnataka, India
Samir lives in Kathmandu, Nepal with his family. He has a wife and a son. He loves to play Football(Soccer) and Taekwondo and closely follows the English Premier League.

As Vice President Global Sales Chris leads a team focused on helping companies improve their products and customer experience with ComplianceQuest’s next generation Enterprise Quality Management Solution (EQMS).

Chris started his career as a Software Developer and for the past 20 years has helped the world’s leading Life Science companies implement technology solutions driving efficiency and effectiveness into the development, manufacturing, quality and safety of their products.

Chris has held technical and sales leadership roles with enterprise technology companies in the clinical, Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Management space. Most recently, Chris led the Mid-Market Sales group at Sparta Systems. Chris has lectured globally on the impact of digital transformation on Quality Management and has extensive experience with cloud based Digital Quality Management Systems.

Shalini has a strong marketing and strategy background that spans many industries. She runs the marketing department for ComplianceQuest including market research, branding, messaging, lead generation, budgeting, event management, market strategy, finding the right partners to work with, digital marketing and keeping up with the competition. She is also responsible for strategic relationships with technology partners and large channel partners.

Shalini is experienced in commercial transformation as well as running corporate strategy at companies in the chemical, AutoID, consumer and F&B industries. She started her career at Frost & Sullivan as a research analyst where she honed her market research and business skills, rising quickly to become one of the highest charging consultant. She lead global research groups and even created a new line of market research products for the company. She then moved to a specialty chemical company, Chemtura, to be part of the commercial transformation team. While at Chemtura she created and implemented strategies such as SKU rationalization, foot print optimization, M&A projects, key account management etc. She then moved to Cott Beverages where she masterminded the first 3-year strategic plan for the company. She is passionate about design, market strategy, and creating synergistic partnerships.

Shalini is originally from Patna in India although she has lived in Zambia for some very exciting years. She loves design and color and believes that art and engineering are two sides of the same coin. Shalini lives with her husband and 2 kids in Florida. She is active in the study and teaching of spirituality and hopes run a school some day.

As VP of Industry Solutions – Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Michael oversees ComplianceQuest’s operations, delivery and strategy of the EHS business unit. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering high technology projects and programs.

As a two-time founder of Salesforce partner businesses, he brings knowledge and experience in business and strategic planning, project management, systems development, systems integration, technical management, and business development.

Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, his background included founding Lifeguard Solutions, a Salesforce Appexchange partner in the EHSQ space, and founding Force Optimized, a Financial Services focused Salesforce Consulting partner. Prior to diving into the Salesforce eco-system, Michael worked for 10+ years in the semiconductor space delivering engineering projects for KLA.

Michael has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in History from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA
Born and raised in Silicon Valley, he continues to reside in San Jose, CA. He is married with 3 daughters and 1 son. When not watching kid’s activities, he enjoys biking, hiking and travel.

As SVP of Customer Success he oversees ComplianceQuest’s Implementation, Delivery, Deployment, Application Support & Partner Support processes. The team’s goal is to make sure to listen and serve customer in the best possible way.

Gova started his career as a Customer Support Agent and with 20+ years of experience in supporting and implementing Quality Management Systems at over 200+ customers across the globe still believes in “Being in Customer Shoes” & “Listen to Customer” & “Think like a Customer to support a Customer”. This drives him and his team to serve Customer to have success by using ComplianceQuest.

Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, Gova worked as Industry Solutions Manager at Pilgrim Software where he led Presales team and prior to that worked in Project Management, Validation & Technical Support teams.

Gova has BS in Pharmacy from Bangalore University in India.
Originally from Bangalore, India he currently resides in Tampa with his wife, daughter and son. Gova is a sports enthusiast who follows all sports but is an avid fan of Cricket and plays Table Tennis. He enjoys photography, travelling with his family, watching movies, playing and singing with his kids.

As VP of Industry Solutions-EQMS at ComplianceQuest, Nikki Willett oversees industry, product, and go-to-marketing strategies for the company; leads the processes for operational risk and compliance; and is responsible for increasing awareness of modern cloud EQMS and the benefits of the Salesforce as a platform, such as ComplianceQuest’s solution.

She has over three decades of life sciences and manufacturing industry experience in business process and software technology and more than 20 years in quality and regulatory compliance. Nikki focuses on advancing businesses through the constant evaluation of technology trends and forward-looking thinking to help organizations progress and succeed through the use of automation. A pioneer of the paper to digital world (SGML), she has participated in industry and regulatory committees for the creation of digital standards for DoD MIL-STD-2361 for Digital Publications, FDA’s initial electronic publishing for NDAs, FAA / ATA flight operations and maintenance, NAVSEA, DoD SEI, NERC, MESA’s Quality and Regulatory Compliance – Strategic Initiative Guidebook, FDA’ eMDR and works repeatedly with industry on other leading Quality initiatives. Seeing a growing trend in proliferating knowledge through Social Media, Nikki founded LinkedIn’s Quality & Regulatory Network Group in 2008 now having more than 116,000 professional members worldwide. Nikki is an educator and author concerning quality, safety, risk and compliance and works closely with senior leadership advising them on organization and business process strategy, technology and industry best practices.

Raised in New England and partly on the Atlantic coast of France, Nikki currently resides in Boston with her husband and her two cats; suitcases packed waiting to move back to Tampa Bay.

He currently sits on the board of Conga, Templafy, LeaseAccelerator, Skupos, ComplianceQuest, and Skience, and observes at nCino, LeanTaaS, Contentstack, LeanIX and Kira Systems. His prior investments include Frontline Education (acquired by Thoma Bravo), CloudCraze (acquired by Salesforce), Azuqua (acquired by Okta), and DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU).

Prior to joining Insight, Jonathan worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Johnson & Johnson, and he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.
Outside of work, he plays soccer in an NYC men’s league, enjoys reading, and is an unabashed Philadelphia sports fan.

Peter Sobiloff joined Insight Partners as Managing Director in 1998, bringing to the firm 20 years of operational experience in executive leadership positions, sales management and worldwide operations. Peter was President of Think Systems, an Insight portfolio company focused on supply chain management, which was acquired by i2 Technologies; thereafter Peter served as Vice President of Business Development at i2 Technologies. Prior to Insight, Peter was President of Datalogix, a vendor of enterprise application software for process manufacturers. He also held senior executive roles at Ross Systems, a provider of financial application software. Peter was part of the management teams that executed IPOs for both companies. Subsequently, as President of Datalogix, Peter led the sale of Datalogix to Oracle corporation.

Peter is a well-known executive in the software industry and regularly speaks on industry panels. He served as Chairman of Greenfield Online (NASDAQ: SRVY) for six years, including three years as a public company. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO) for seven years. Other notable previous investments include Argus Software (acquired by Altus Group), DWL (acquired by IBM), Enigma (acquired by PTC), GETPAID (acquired by Sunguard), Netsmart Technologies (acquired by Genstar Financial), iMany (IPO), Kinnser Software (acquired by Mediware), Nistevo (acquired by Sterling Software), Overdrive (acquired by Rakuten), Paisley (acquired by Thomson Reuters), PerTrac (acquired by eVestment), Planview (sold majority to Thoma Bravo), Primavera (acquired by Oracle), Rockport Trade Systems (acquired by QRS Corp), and Shunra (sold to HP).

Peter currently serves on the board of directors at Achieve3000, DrillingInfo, Duco, Fenergo, Filmtrack, Kony Solutions, NYMBUS, Planview, Mediaspectrum, and Workforce Software.

In his role as investor, Peter specializes in mentoring management teams to foster technological change in existing markets in order to produce greater productivity and deliver incremental value to customers. Peter enjoys working to create successful liquidity events that positively change the lives of entrepreneurs and employees.

As COO / CTO, Atulya Risal oversees ComplianceQuest’s technology and product innovation, software engineering, quality, product documentation, technical support and off-shore operations.

Prior to joining CQ, Atulya served as Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer of Pilgrim Software which he co-founded in 1993 and successfully exited in 2011. Atulya was responsible for product and technology direction at Pilgrim Software. Working closely with product marketing, industry solutions, services and sales, he translated market trends, regulatory requirements and customer needs to a viable business solutions that mitigated compliance risks and provides quick ROI for customers. He oversaw all aspects of research and development including software engineering, product management, knowledge management including Pilgrim Education Center (PEC) and technical support.

Atulya is originally from Nepal. He currently resides in Tampa with his wife and 2 sons. Atulya is an avid skier, tennis and soccer player and loves to do outdoor activities (if he ever finds the time).

As CEO, Prashanth directly oversees ComplianceQuest’s sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, IT, legal and overall company strategy and direction. He comes to the company with more than twenty-five years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality.

Prashanth has repeatedly produced sustained revenue and EBITDA growth in dynamic and changing markets. He has extensive experience with process automation, which requires a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple industries. He’s highly successful in building relationships, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments.

His background includes being President and CEO of Lattice Social, a cutting-edge software company for incorporating social media into business-to-business collaboration, more than twenty years as co-founder and COO of Pilgrim Software, a Quality Management System software company. He grew the organization from inception to goal of successfully selling the company. Prior to this, he held a variety of positions in Manufacturing Engineering. Prashanth currently serves on several Boards fostering entrepreneurship in the Tampa Bay area. He’s active philanthropically in his community, dealing with the needs of orphaned and disadvantaged children and building shelters, toilets and schools in poorly developed countries.

Prashanth has an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
Originally from Chennai India, he currently resides in Tampa with his wife, daughter and twins. He enjoys traveling, playing tennis, gardening and experimenting with cooking recipes from India.
